Feature more multimedia links in your listings
Paragon has two additional fields you can use to include videos and other multimedia links in your MLS® listings.
The fields are called ‘Property Brochure’ and ‘Alternate Feature Sheet’ and can be found in the Marketing section of Paragon (the same place you enter REALTOR® and Public comments to your listing).
You can enter multimedia links (i.e. YouTube or Matterport videos) in both of these fields. These links will flow through to Realtor.ca, giving you two more ways to promote your listings to the public.

Share this new radon FAQ with your clients
The BC Real Estate Association (BCREA) recently updated the Property Disclosure Statement (PDS) to include a question about radon gas. Now, new FAQs on radon gas issues are available to support members when dealing with properties where radon gas may be an issue.
This FAQ contains information on health risks associated with radon gas, testing and details on who is qualified to test for radon gas, and solutions for dealing with the gas. It also includes guidance for members on how to document radon gas issues on the PDS.
