Share our FAQ on AI image tagging in Paragon with your office
Starting next week on February 26, we’re bringing Restb.ai to both Paragon Pro and Paragon Connect. It's an AI-powered solution analyzes the listing images you upload and automatically adds descriptions and captions to save you time.
There are some nuances to using this new tool between Paragon Pro and Paragon Connect, and you don’t have to use it at all if you prefer writing your own captions and descriptions.
Our FAQ and help guides will help you and the members in your office hit the ground running with this new service when it launches next week.
If you have any questions or need further help, email support@gvrealtors.ca or call 604-730-3020.

New charitable initiative seeks a new path for GVR and our members
Earlier this week, we announced an exciting evolution of our charitable efforts. We plan to establish a new REALTORS Care® community relief program that will officially launch in 2026, designed to provide financial relief to assist residents with their shelter needs in times of distress or emergency.
For decades, we and our members have been committed to making a difference in our communities through the REALTORS Care® program.
From raising nearly $1.7 million for MS research to providing warmth and shelter to more than 500,000 people in need over 30 years of our Blanket Drive program, our Realtor community has always stepped up to support those in need. However, as the landscape of charitable giving evolves, so must our approach.
I encourage you to learn more about our plans by reading my full message to members here.
Discuss the latest disciplinary decisions in your office
Stay on top of the work GVR does to uphold and enforce professional standards within the profession and resolve disputes between members.
Our Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) investigates alleged member breaches of the Realtor Code and our Rules of Cooperation. Review the PCC’s latest ruling (C24-27 Consent to Discipline).
This case will be of particular interest to our brokers as it deals with administrative obligations, with significant consequences when not met.
