Coming August 1: Seven key changes to Rules of Cooperation to enforce a new “timely communication” standard, unlicensed assistant accountability, and more
Representatives from Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR) and the Fraser Valley and Chilliwack real estate boards have finalized a series of changes to the Rules of Cooperation that will come into effect on August 1, 2024.
These seven changes are a key part of our ongoing work to raise standards in the profession and implement recommendations from our professionalism white paper.
We’ve developed resources for you to better understand and prepare for these changes, including the full wording of the changes and a side-by-side comparison of the previous and new standards.
