The Critical Path podcast – Shaping the future of REALTOR.ca with CREA CEO Janice Myers

REALTOR.ca is one of the most important tools we as REALTORS® have to market our MLS® listings. But the site is at a crossroads. To keep up with the times, REALTOR.ca needs more funding.

One approach has been presented by CREA – to make REALTOR.ca a wholly-owned for-profit entity.

This week on the Critical Path, we sit down with Janice Myers, CREA’s CEO, to discuss why they believe this is the correct move.

Auto Data Transfer from WEBForms pilot now available

We’ve launched a pilot of a new Auto Data Transfer (ADT) service that'll allow the information in the Data Input Form (DIF) in WEBForms to automatically transfer to the MLS® to create a listing.

The goal is to reduce the amount of duplicate work in the listing creation process.

Individual REALTORS® cannot access this service unless your office has Broker Load permissions and they have Agent Load permissions.

If you don’t have these permissions and want to use ADT, please complete the Agent and Broker Load contracts available on WEBForms and submit them to amendments@gvrealtors.ca.
