PacificWest 2024 highlights: Innovation, creativity, and fun!
What an amazing experience at the PacificWest 2024 this week. Your support and contributions to the myriad discussions we had made the conference a huge success!

Competition Bureau announces investigation into CREA rules
The federal Competition Bureau announced recently that it is investigating the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) in relation to two of the association’s rules and policies.
On October 3, the Bureau obtained a court order that requires CREA to produce records and information relevant to the investigation.

Our Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) investigates alleged member breaches of the Realtor Code and our Rules of Cooperation. Review the PCC’s latest rulings (C24-16 Consent to Discipline and C24-17 Consent to Discipline).
