New MLS® sales statuses are here - what you need to know
Earlier this week, we added three new sales statuses to Paragon that'll provide more transparency to property buyers, sellers, and your colleagues as to where a listing is in its transaction lifecycle.
We encourage all members and offices to use these new statuses. If you have questions, email mls@gvrealtors.ca.

Complaint form available on WEBForms
We’ve updated our professional standards procedures to automate making a complaint about another REALTOR®.
The new fillable Complaint Form is now available on WEBForms. You'll play a key role in this new process.
To access the form, go to the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® section of the site, scroll down and click on "Complaint Form".
In the dropdown box, select “Create new standalone form”.
You can fill it out or save it as an editable form.
Completed forms and all relevant documents will be sent to managing brokers, who'll then submit it to GVR along with their own signed statement.

Stay on top of the work GVR does to uphold and enforce professional standards within the profession and resolve disputes between members.
Our Professional Conduct Committee (PCC) investigates alleged member breaches of the Realtor Code and our Rules of Cooperation. Review the PCC’s latest ruling (C24-11 Consent to Discipline).
