Try GVR's six new tools and services today

In the last half of 2024, your professional organization has launched many new products and services that you can take advantage of right now, including:

  • New Paragon mobile apps that you and your clients can use
  • New CMA and neighbourhood lifestyle reports you can share with clients
  • New tools to analyze commercial statistics and automate listing data

We worked with our partners to offer these new tools and services to improve the services, data, and overall user experience for you, our members. And there’s more to come in 2025, so stay tuned.

REALTOR® feedback needed on several Federal consultations

The federal government is seeking feedback on several items, including a potential tax on vacant, residentially zoned lands, home energy labelling, and the financialization of housing.

The deadline for Medallion club qualification is coming up fast – check your points today!

We’re nearing the end of 2024, which means the deadline for reporting sales to count towards Medallion Club status is coming up fast. You and the members in your office can use the Medallion Club portal to easily check your status.

The deadline for sales to count towards Medallion 2024 is coming up on December 31. Please make sure to look over your sales to make sure they’re accurate. Only sales submitted before end of day on December 31 will be considered as part of the Medallion program.

If you need to reconcile any sales, or update any discrepancies, please contact sales@gvrealtors.ca.

While the deadline for sales is the end of December, you can reconcile any sales until January 15.

Remember, if you are defined as a team under BCFSA’s rules, review your team structure and membership details. Confirm that all team members are correctly listed and notify us of any updates or changes by contacting sales@gvrealtors.ca.
