Your Board has struck a new partnership with pension consultant company INTEGRIS Pension Management Corp. (INTEGRIS) to provide a retirement savings option for members who have incorporated their business through a Personal Real Estate Corporation (PREC).

Through this partnership, PREC members can have INTEGRIS register a Personal Pension Plan with the Canada Revenue Agency.

There’s no sugar-coating it. At the aggregate level, 2023 is likely to finish with transaction volumes among the lowest levels seen in over ten years across the REBGV's regions.

CREA updates FINTRAC materials

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) provides a range of FINTRAC regime compliance materials, and there are recent updates brokers should be aware of.
